Adobe Premiere
Uploading to Youtube/Behance
In Premiere:

In Youtube:
- Click on the "upload" button at the top right of the screen after logging in.
- Drag your file onto the "upload" screen. It should change to the screen on the left.
- Change the name, add a description, add tags (if public), and change viewing to either Public (searchable) or Unlisted (non-searchable).
- Click on "Publish" once finished.
- After the shareable links are shown, click on "Embed" and copy that link.
In Behance

- Go to www.Behance.net
- Click on "Log In" at the top of the screen.
- Click on "Enterprise ID" and enter your Clemson email address (without the g)
- Click on Profile, then the pencil next to Teams. Request your team number based on section number: 1030_37 S17 -or- 1030-41 S17
- Click on "Add Work" at the top of the screen.
- Once in the upload screen, click on "Embed" and past the Youtube embed link into the field and hit continue.
- Upload a screenshot or image of your choice for the cover image and then hit continue.
- Once you are at the Project Setting screen (shown to the right), click "add" next to "creative fields" and select architecture.
- Click on the "discoverability" tab and fill in all the data. Make sure to fill in the Team slot, then click "Publish."

Adobe Spark (presentations)
To access Adobe Spark, either click on THIS link, or enter spark.adobe.com into your browser. Then, follow the below steps.
- First, click on "Log In" at the top right of the page.
- When the Log In pop-up shows up, click on "Already have an Adobe ID? Log in now."
- Then, shows in the image on the right, you will be able to log into the service. You need to sign in (as you will with all Adobe systems) WITH AN ENTERPRISE ID, which is the bottom most link in blue.
- A similar screen will appear once clicked. Here, you will enter your Clemson email address without the ".g" (Ex. [email protected]).
- Once you click on password or hit the TAB key, you will be redirected to a Clemson page where you will put in your Clemson ID. (Ex. cstuar2). Use the same password you would for your email address.
- Once you are logged in, you will see a large plus sign (+). Click on this button to open up the three available formats (illustrated below).
- Once you are finished, make sure you hit SHARE and post that url to the GoogleDoc page.
Minecraft Education (game)
How to Install:
To install Minecraft Education, follow the below instructions:
After the program is installed, you will be asked to log in using your Clemson email and password. Minecraft Education comes with a 12 - 28 free trial sessions before requiring you to purchase the program. |
How to Download and Load a World in Minecraft Education
Either under the assignment description or under "Quest Items," download the world in which you would like to download.
Note: If it has the extension ".zip" then you need to open the file/folder and drag the ".mcworld" file into your designated folder.

- Open up Minecraft Education and and click "Play" on the main screen.
- Click on the box with an arrow as shown in Figure 1.
- You will be prompted with a dialog box that will ask for you to select the world file (.mcworld). Find the file and click "Open."

Reserving A Room
There are three different rooms that you can reserve: Adobe Audio Production, Adobe Video Production, Study Rooms
To reserve a room, go to libraries.clemson.edu > Services > Study and Meeting Space > Book a Room or click here: (http://clemson.libcal.com/booking/study)
You will see a dropdown window that allows you to switch between Cooper Library or the Cooper Adobe Studio. Please make sure you try to book at least 24 hours in advance to ensure that you get the room you need!

Clemson University's library has a lot of cameras, video equipment, and even game systems available to borrow! Most of the units are only available for three (3) days, but you can renew for certain items. The way you access this service is to go to libraries.clemson.edu > Services > Technology Checkout or click here (https://libraries.clemson.edu/services/library-technology/). You can check out the different things they have, but remember to fill out the reserve form on the top right in order to take things out. Make sure you ask several days in advance to guarantee a date.
There is also a Digital Media and Learning Lab on campus that gives you space to bring your gaming stuff to play, but it also has a room that can be reserved where you can play all different types of games. The site to see more information about that is here: Digital Media and Learning Lab.
